Before ordering more, separate a hidden number from a delivery question. These three things tell you different things:
The accounts in the likes list
A list of people who liked a post is different from its displayed total. Hiding the total is not a promise of anonymous likes. Buying this package does not unlock hidden information about another account.
Your order status
Check the post or Reel URL recorded in your order, not your profile total or a different publication. A public count alone cannot identify which likes came from an order or prove that delivery is complete.
Check before you reorder
- Open the exact post or Reel from your order and check its count visibility. Do not change unrelated privacy settings or share login credentials.
- Compare the same post, signed-in account and view at two recorded times. A hidden total should be recorded as unavailable, not as zero.
- If you can see exact totals, record both. For example, 120 to 170 is a net increase of 50; it is not proof that 50 purchased likes arrived. Other likes can arrive or disappear in the same period.
For an unresolved order, send support your order number, the affected post URL, the times you checked and what you saw. If including screenshots, crop out unrelated usernames, messages and personal details. Never include passwords, login codes or payment-card details.

Does one package cover every photo in a carousel?
A carousel is one publication. Submit that publication URL; the package is not split into separate orders for each slide and does not add followers to your profile.
Is this a subscription?
No. The displayed euro price is for one package. You can split its quantity across up to ten public links; review the final order total before paying.
Do I need to share my password?
No. We need a public content link and your email for order updates. Keep the content accessible during delivery.
When will delivery finish?
Delivery starts after payment confirmation and order processing. Timing depends on the platform and quantity; instant completion and permanent retention are not promised. Contact support with your order number if you need help.
Does a hidden like count mean my order has not arrived?
Not by itself. Instagram lets people hide public like totals. A hidden total is not zero likes, and a list of accounts that liked a post is not an order receipt. Check the exact post or Reel in your order, compare the same view at recorded times, and check your order status. If the numbers still do not make sense, contact support before placing another order.
